What's not included in my fare?

Are children free ?

Your fare doesn't include the meals you would get from the restaurants we take you to.

The same thing applies to bars, cafés, and everything that is consumable.


Concerning monuments, exhibitions, and museums, your fare includes a visit outside of those places. We can provide Priority Lane Tickets upon request at the price they are usually sold. No additional fee.

How many people can be part of a tour?

One to four people as this is the maximum capacity of our vehicles.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations can be made at any time from your Account 48 hours before your tour or by sending us an email to contact.info@golocalprivatetours.com or contact the Help Center.

 

In order to obtain a full refund for the tour you booked, the cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the beginning of the trip.

 

If you have any issues while booking a tour or during a tour, please contact the Help Center.

Yes, they are until the age of 10. You do not have to include them when you choose the fare for your tour.

 

For instance, if you are 2 adults with 1 or 2 children under 10,  book for 2 adults only.

 

However, the maximum capacity for all our vehicles is 4 seats.

We do not provide visits inside the museums and exhibitions where the purchase of an entry ticket is needed as they employ their own guides.
